Brad Rowe has over thirty years as an executive at Hewlett-Packard, Western Digital, SystemSoft, Accunit, and Pumatech/Intellisync which he co-founded with Steve Nicol, and ran as CEO both as a private and public, NASDAQ-listed company. Brad has a BSE from Princeton.
John has over 35 years of experience in commercial and government organizations working at the American Embassy Oslo, Norway and the National Security Agency, where he received training in operational tradecraft including advanced data recovery, hacking techniques, computer security and forensics. While at NSA he was awarded the National Scientific Achievement Award for his technological innovations.
Greg Scasny has over 20 years of experience in IT and information Security. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Technology, with a focus on networking, security, and communications. Greg has a passion for taking complex business and security problems and creating innovative scalable solutions that can be deployed quickly and operated efficiently.
Tony Fessel is a designer, developer, and researcher with a deep understanding of technology, a tenacious desire to identify and solve problems through creative design, and nearly 15 years of experience creating storage-focused products and applications for commercial and government markets. Tony’s design experience ranges from firmware-level storage systems up to simple, scalable, intuitive applications.
Steve Nicol has worked as a sales and marketing executive in several technology companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Western Digital, Systemsoft, and Accela Inc. In 1993 he co-founded Pumatech/Intellisync with Brad Rowe and helped lead the company through a successful IPO in 1996. Steve has a BA from Princeton.
Mr. Ted Sanchez brings over 30 years of Channel Sales and Marketing experience to Cigent. Prior to Cigent, he held senior channel sales and marketing management positions at Intellisync, Memeo, Apple, Hewlett-Packard, Firetide, and Connected IO. Ted has an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from California Polytechnic State University.
Tom Ricoy has 30 years of IT experience. Prior to Cigent, Tom was responsible for Dell commercial PC data and endpoint security for five years. While there, the team launched BIOS malware/IoA detection, in-transit supply chain security, EDRM, and the first NGAV EPP Suite. He has established global alliances with IT and cyber security leaders and worked with federal agencies to deploy new solutions to improve national security.
Kelly Hicks has over thirty years of experience at numerous high-technology companies. Prior to Cigent, Hicks held CFO and Senior Financial Management positions at LiveAction, Aryaka Networks, Chordiant (NASD:CHRD), Verity (NASD:VRTY), Tahoe Networks, PumaTech IntelliSync (NASD:PUMA), and The Santa Cruz Operation (NASD:SCOC). Hicks earned his BS from Chico State University.
David Wolf has over 25 years of experience in guiding products, from vision to reality, that solve real customer challenges while meeting business expectations. Prior to Cigent, Dave was Senior Director of Product Management for the Cloud at Oracle, where he managed the product teams responsible for security monitoring and analytics, security compliance, and orchestration services. Dave has held senior leadership positions at both large enterprises and startups, including Oracle, Computer Associates, Fidelity Investments, mValent, and Cendura.
John Zangardi is an internationally recognized IT, cybersecurity, and data analysis leader and executive. John is a regular conference speaker and has testified before US House and Senate committees on topics such as IT modernization, cybersecurity, supply chain, and space.
John is currently the president of Redhorse Corporation, a technology services company. He also serves as a Director on the Board for Qualys and Symetrica and as an advisor to Absolute Software. Previously, he worked at Leidos as a senior vice president responsible for business initiatives and strategic partnerships on key strategic areas such as digital transformation, security products/services, and logistics.
Chris Cummiskey is the Chief Executive Officer of Cummiskey Strategic Solutions, LLC, a firm that specializes in cyber, homeland security, government technology and acquisition consulting. Mr. Cummiskey serves as a strategic advisor to Federal agencies, state governments, private sector companies and boards of directors. Mr. Cummiskey has 24 years of government experience in senior leadership positions at both the Federal and state levels. Mr. Cummiskey served at the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), most recently in the number three position as Under Secretary for Management. Prior to serving at DHS, Mr. Cummiskey was appointed Arizona State CIO. He was also elected to six terms in the Arizona State Legislature.
Lisa Marie Cheney is a thought leader and noted expert on federal government business development. She has served at the highest levels of government and within the commercial industry. Her areas of expertise include defense and national security, intelligence, energy, homeland security, cybersecurity, and foreign policy issues. Ms. Cheney currently serves as the President of Innovative Business Group, a firm specializing in federal business and strategy development. Ms. Cheney also serves on the Department of Energy Nuclear Energy Advisory Board, and on the advisory board of NEC North America.
